Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team at Genesis Healthcare Services. As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our patients and residents by planning, organizing, and implementing engaging activities that meet their physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement monthly recreation therapy services that cater to the diverse needs of our patients and residents
- Document patient and resident attendance and participation levels at recreation programs
- Attend care plan meetings as needed to ensure seamless collaboration with the care team
- Provide input into the design of recreation therapy services that promote resident engagement and satisfaction
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development
