Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and treatments to residents, in accordance with their individualized plans of care.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of direct care staff, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Current Maine RN/LPN license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong observational and time management skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
