Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Aide to join our team at Maine Veterans' Homes. As a key member of our activities department, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing engaging and meaningful activities that promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Direct small and large group activities, including leading volunteers in providing quality services to residents.
- Understand federal/state laws/regulations relative to long-term care activity programs and professional resident activities practice with emphasis in the areas of gerontology activities.
- Possess a genuine interest in activities and working with geriatric individuals.
Requirements:
