About the Role:
Apollo Retail is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company at assigned automotive dealerships, implementing the radio refresh process, and ensuring proper dealership support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Apollo Retail at assigned automotive dealerships, maintaining a professional image and building strong relationships with dealership staff.
- Implement the radio refresh process, preparing vehicles outdoors on dealership lots daily, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Log dealership activity daily for tracking purposes using proprietary software, providing accurate and detailed reports.
- Follow-up and auditing to ensure proper dealership support, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing work environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work outdoors on dealership lots daily, with a proven track record of diligence in a remote position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional image and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
