- Execute tasks outlined on the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
- Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional services needed, providing estimates for time required for further repairs
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical Systems, Transmission, and Engine Repair
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and specifications; capable of using electronic diagnostic equipment
