Maintenance Planning and Reliability Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning and Reliability Manager to join our team at Kellanova Co. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving strategic decisions and leading our exceptional team.
As a Maintenance Planning and Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering maintenance programs and processes critical to our plant operations. You will work closely with the Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure that resources are effectively focused on increasing reliability across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Reliability: Collaborating closely with the Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure that resources are effectively focused on increasing reliability across our facilities.
- Leading By Example: Setting the direction and policies for one of our manufacturing facilities, promoting collaboration, respect, and continuous learning.
- Promoting Best Practices: Using lean manufacturing principles to identify opportunities to eliminate costs and waste, streamlining processes, optimizing spare parts inventory, and minimizing downtime.
- Project & Budget Management: Partnering with other team members to create the scope, definition, and execution of capital projects, ensuring alignment with our reliability goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with extensive experience in a manufacturing setting with maintenance/planning supervision and/or management experience.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the operation to ensure improved collaboration and deliver results.
- Substantial experience in SAP PM (SAP Super User a plus) OR a similar ERP system.
- Experience implementing best in class maintenance programs and strategies (TPM, RCM, Planning/Scheduling, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance).
- Supervisory experience with salaried and hourly maintenance workforce.
