Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Reliability Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Reliability Engineer to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing reliability solutions within our SEAM Reliability Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to develop and implement reliability solutions that maximize equipment availability and reduce operating costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish strategies and methods that improve maintenance processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support for maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with client SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
  • Develop and continuously improve the SEAM portfolio of Reliability Solutions by creating standard workflow processes.
  • Advising clients on the improvement of business and maintenance processes through site assessments and reliability studies.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or another applicable engineering discipline.
  • (5) to (7) years of hands-on maintenance and engineering experience in a variety of industries.
  • Demonstrated success with implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with CMMS such as Maximo, SAP, or other systems.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus.
