About the JobAs a Production and Maintenance Specialist with ADECCOCMS in Exeter, NH, you will be responsible for operating equipment for production/processing operations. This role involves measuring and checking raw materials or parts to ensure the product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients, and quantities.

Schedule:
  • 1st Shift – Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 4:00PM
  • 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday from 4:00PM – 12:30AM
  • 3rd Shift – Monday – Friday from 12:30AM – 7:30AM
  • 2nd Shift Weekends – Two Weekday Shifts during 2nd Shift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30PM – 12:30AM (12-Hour Shifts)
  • 3rd Shift Weekends – Two Weekday Shifts during 3rd Shift Hours and Two Weekend Shifts from 12:30AM – 12:30PM (12-Hour Shifts)

Responsibilities and QualificationsKey responsibilities include:
  • Operating equipment for production/processing operation
  • Measuring and checking raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured contains proper components, ingredients, and quantities
  • Monitoring controls to ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctions
  • Maintaining records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas
Required skills and qualifications include solid computer skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot and report it to the supervisor or team lead. Capable of performing physical activities that might involve one to stoop, crouch, bend at waist, and lift up to 25lbs.

Benefits and CompensationWe offer competitive compensation ranging from $19HR for 1st shift to $23HR for 3rd shift weekends.
