The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide comprehensive support throughout their experience with NASM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, friendly, and responsive service to NASM and AFAA members, consistently meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements.
- Address incoming member inquiries and requests through various communication channels.
- Provide basic technical assistance for members, including account support and course navigation guidance.
- Process member requests for cancellations and retests, making fair recommendations for out-of-policy inquiries.
- Document all inquiries and resolutions thoroughly.
- Identify and report any unusual trends in member inquiries.
- Participate in professional development opportunities that may include exposure to other functional roles.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer resolution.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in navigating various business systems to assist customer inquiries.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in fitness and training is preferred.
- Certification in Personal Training (CPT) is highly desirable.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
