Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee the renovation of multifamily properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring timely completion and maintaining an accurate project budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tie all aspects of a project together, ensuring our client's vision becomes a reality.
  • Maintain an accurate project budget and manage the daily, weekly, and overall schedule for timely completion.
  • Oversee all project components, including preconstruction, construction, and close-out.
  • Serve as a liaison between the office and on-site team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain required project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction is required, with a strong preference for multifamily renovations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
