Anesthesiologist with Research Expertise

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Associate or Full Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities- Teaching: Instruction of medical students, residents, and fellows in the operating rooms and wards of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
- Clinical: Provision of clinical anesthesia at HUP and PPMC, with opportunities in general and/or cardiovascular anesthesia.
- Research: Publishing peer-reviewed publications, presenting research at scientific meetings, and securing grants (tenure track) or encouraged (clinician educator track).
- M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree or equivalent.
- ABA certification in anesthesiology or status as a candidate in the examination system.
- Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license.
