About the Position

AlignHR Oregon is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Painter Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property maintenance and construction company, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality painting services to our clients in the Greater Portland Metro Area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent painting skills, including interior and exterior painting, cabinetry painting, and surface preparation. They will also have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess basic repair and maintenance knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
  • Painting Services: Prepare surfaces for interior and exterior painting by taping, scraping, sanding, patching, and mudding. Paint cabinetry and install sheetrock. Apply primer and paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
  • Safety Protocols: Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter or damage with drop cloths or masking tape. Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Administration: Timely completion of daily paperwork. Efficiently use G-mail and Google calendar on a smart phone.

We offer a competitive salary of $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
