- Performance Analysis: Provide feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation to drive sales and brand initiatives.
- Inclusive Environment: Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives.
- Communication: Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Adopt a people-first philosophy, prioritizing employee engagement and actively sharing store priorities and brand messages with the team.
- Feedback and Insights: Provide insights related to the customer and staff experience and communicate feedback to Service and Styling Manager.
- Anthropologie Brand Fan: Passion for the Anthropologie brand.
- Retail Leadership Experience: 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
- Team Player: Experience being a team player.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
