Visual + Business Operations

  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes; support visual standards, product stock levels, and markdowns.
  • Performance Analysis: Provide feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation to drive sales and brand initiatives.
Communication + Relationships
  • Inclusive Environment: Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others and seeking different perspectives.
  • Communication: Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Adopt a people-first philosophy, prioritizing employee engagement and actively sharing store priorities and brand messages with the team.
  • Feedback and Insights: Provide insights related to the customer and staff experience and communicate feedback to Service and Styling Manager.
Requirements
  • Anthropologie Brand Fan: Passion for the Anthropologie brand.
  • Retail Leadership Experience: 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Team Player: Experience being a team player.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
