Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of managers who deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Field Leaders to assess customer and associate needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Act as the owner of the store, empowering managers to take ownership of their departments and drive operational excellence.
  • Coach, train, and develop managers to be business experts, leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Manage the store experience, anticipating and reacting to staffing and scheduling needs based on customer traffic and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all company merchandising and operations standards, and maintain a safe and secure workplace.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team of associates, and execute associate engagement plans to drive retention and growth.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in sales, management, or people development, with a college degree preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage P&L and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and hold others accountable.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
