- Act as the owner of the store, empowering managers to take ownership of their departments and drive operational excellence.
- Coach, train, and develop managers to be business experts, leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Manage the store experience, anticipating and reacting to staffing and scheduling needs based on customer traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with all company merchandising and operations standards, and maintain a safe and secure workplace.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
- Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate team of associates, and execute associate engagement plans to drive retention and growth.
- Three years of experience in sales, management, or people development, with a college degree preferred.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage P&L and drive operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and hold others accountable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
