Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • System Support: Provide technical support for production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data loads, queries, and system performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business units and IT teams to resolve system issues, and collaborate with peers to ensure work items are completed within set timing standards.
  • Communication: Interpret and communicate complex technical information to end-users, management, and development teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or IT field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mainframe (Paris), Linux, DB2 SQL, MS SQL Server, and other technical tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a production support role, with a focus on data analysis and system support.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of AWD, Linux, DB2 SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
