Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Helwig Carbon Products. As a key member of our Technical Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Enter, route, and expedite orders as needed to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including brushes, brush holders, and molded brushes.
  • Communication: Collaborate with design and production employees to communicate customer needs and identify feasible production solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, including customer documentation and application database.
