Job Title: Department Manager

At REI, we're seeking a skilled Department Manager to lead our sales teams and drive business growth. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with other store managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
