Global Government Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Government Affairs Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global public policy and government relations strategies to advance the company's interests and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global public policy and government relations strategies to achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address policy issues affecting the company
* Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and industry stakeholders
* Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on public policy and government relations matters
* Stay up-to-date on emerging policy issues and trends
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in international relations, public policy, or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of policy issues affecting the food industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
