  • Implementing hardware solutions.
  • Integrating Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
  • Conducting pilot tests for innovative technologies and demonstrations.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless tech integration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a passion for exploring new tools to enhance the collaborative experience. They will:

  • Lead the technology operational framework, providing strategic insights for tech deployment.
  • Identify technological requirements for facilitating collaboration among diverse groups.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and assess service capabilities to optimize technology offerings.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
Regular assessments of current and potential vendors will be essential, alongside developing a supplier relationship program to enhance service delivery. This role also includes:

  • Overseeing all technology and devices in the facility.
  • Managing server room operations.
  • Supporting the setup and breakdown of modular technology and furniture.
  • Addressing software and hardware performance challenges.

Financial Acumen:
The role demands a strong financial understanding to evaluate various solutions and collaborate with the team to meet budgetary expectations.

Service Mindset:
A key aspect of this position is the ability to engage with senior leaders and industry experts, providing hands-on support during collaborative workshops and technology demonstrations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the beverage sector or with large Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, as well as familiarity with collaboration briefing centers, is advantageous.

Skills Required:
Technical support, contract management, application software maintenance, hardware integration, and project management in information technology are essential. Additional skills in hardware installation, back-office server management, financial analysis, application troubleshooting, vendor management, and knowledge of VR and AI technologies are also beneficial.

Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is required.

Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
