Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Access and Support Specialist to join our team at Cambridge Investment Research (USA). As a key member of our Technology Access and Support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our financial professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist financial professionals and clients via phone with system-related issues and password resets.
  • Manage access in systems for financial professionals and their clients.
  • Provide guidance on how to access systems.
  • Perform data entry and paperwork processing.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Six months to one year of related experience, education, and/or training.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
