Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our department's capabilities to collect and analyze data, craft comprehensive reports, and provide analytical insight to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into organizational performance.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data with other business systems and processes.
  • Research and Development: Research industry trends and best practices in analytics and continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
  • Data Collection and Compilation: Collect and compile data from HRIS and operational platforms/systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively present complex data to stakeholders at all levels and support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
  • Budget Analysis and Planning: Facilitate the development of the department budget and perform in-depth budget analysis.
  • Performance Metrics and Indicators: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the department and divisions.
  • Special Projects and Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis and execute special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, data science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment, ability to prioritize multiple projects, strong decision-making and innovative problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite programs.
