Wireless Sales Representative

Cricket by Crown Wireless is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Sales Representative who is passionate about mobile technology. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and educating consumers on Cricket Wireless' family of products.
The Role:
Our Wireless Retail Sales Representative are responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, and reporting on our products, promotions, and on-site services.

- Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals, including gross and net sales, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retention goals, and auto bill pay goals.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with coworkers and consumers.
- Participate in outside marketing events.
- At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
- At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods.
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
- Bilingual; Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Enjoy working in a team environment and engaging with consumers.
- Independent and self-motivated team player.
- Regular physical activity will be required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a fully functioning smartphone on the first day of work.
