Responsibilities:

The Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomy Technician will be responsible for:

  • Checking in patients for their appointments.
  • Confirming and updating patient demographics.
  • Obtaining medical record releases from patients.
  • Collecting co-pays and managing nightly deposits.
  • Taking vital signs and conducting breathalyzer tests.
  • Collecting urine samples and preparing them for lab analysis.
  • Witnessing patients during observed dosing and urine collection.
  • Performing skin assessments and, if necessary, drawing blood samples.
  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness and ordering supplies as needed.
