Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Principal Service Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, performing data entry and documentation processing, and operating production equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform data entry and documentation processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate production equipment, including computers and machinery, to process products.
- Transport and process materials throughout the production area.
- Clean and maintain the work area, adhering to all Clean Room work rules.
- Collate and prepare materials for production, including reels, tapes, and wafers.
- Perform debonding and after-processing tasks.
- Support day-to-day conversion and setup as required.
- Assist with metrology inspection and escalate failures to certified technicians.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to work with complex problems.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to distinguish colors and hear machine alarms.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow written procedures.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to all safety requirements.
- Previous experience in high-volume manufacturing or Fab experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail and maintain a high level of quality.
- Ability to work in a Clean Room environment, wearing a full-body jumpsuit, hood, safety glasses, and surgical gloves.
- Ability to stand for 10 hours, walk, twist, bend, stoop, lean forward, and reach overhead to operate production equipment.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ramps and push/pull wafer lots and carts.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculating averages/percentages.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
We offer a compressed shift work schedule, with 12-hour shifts and alternating days and nights. Shift premiums are available for night shifts.
Overtime is paid after 10 hours worked, each shift.
Shift and Schedule:
- Day Shift (5): Works every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.
- Day Shift (7): Works every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.
- Night Shift (4): Works every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday.
- Night Shift (6): Works every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday.
