Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, organized, and proactive individual with a strong background in administrative tasks for our finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our team, managing all administrative responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Administrative Specialist, your duties will include:

1. Processing certification forms, reports, declarations, and supplemental documentation.
2. Acting as the custodian of company records, including correspondence and board minutes.
3. Managing daily orders and preparing comprehensive master reports.
4. Maintaining customer assessment files and ensuring all information is current.
5. Opening, sorting, and distributing daily mail.
6. Routing incoming faxes to the appropriate departments or individuals.
7. Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients with application forms and addressing inquiries.
8. Welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
9. Answering phones courteously and distributing messages promptly and accurately.
10. Performing additional duties as assigned, including light accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the finance sector.
2. Proficiency in processing various forms and reports.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and customer service abilities.
5. Experience with basic accounting functions.

7. Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers.
