Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Manpower Finance. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll and related items, verifying time and attendance for accuracy.
- Work with department supervisors to resolve time and attendance discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HSE to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Update employee files to document personnel actions and provide information for payroll and other uses.
- Coordinate new hire benefits and enter payroll information into the system.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Payroll software experience is a plus.
