HR Administrative Specialist

Securitas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an HR Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including payroll, benefits, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll and benefits for employees
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
