Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our hotel meets the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and guest rooms.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share information about the local area to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure that all interactions with guests are friendly, courteous, and professional, upholding the Marriott brand standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
- No supervisory experience required, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is important.
- No license or certification required.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.15, plus shift differential pay of $1.00 per hour. Our benefits package includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
