Role Summary: As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will operate within our Inside Sales Center, engaging with prospective clients to assess their needs and arrange in-home consultations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss product offerings and schedule consultations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and determine availability for consultations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Address and resolve customer objections regarding scheduling and pricing to facilitate timely consultations.

  • Exceed service expectations by delivering a remarkable experience to every potential client.
  • Adhere to established schedules while ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial software.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.

Work Environment: This position is based in a standard office setting, requiring minimal physical exertion.
