Account Executive Job Description

As a key member of our team at Juniper Health Solutions Inc, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by bringing our unique supplement service directly to healthcare practices across the Chicagoland area. Your primary focus will be establishing and nurturing relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of practitioners and their patients.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular follow-up with prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat orders and expand the account base.
  • Subscription Growth: Drive practitioners and practices to sign up for our platform and maximize the adoption of our services among their patients/clients.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine and enhance our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals, with strong prospecting abilities.
  • Creativity: Think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to drive sales success.
  • Agility: Excel in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to pivot and adapt quickly.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a hunger to succeed.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track activities.
