Key Responsibilities- Frontline Patient Care: Greet patients and visitors, manage the registration desk, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Administrative Support: Update patient demographics, manage insurance, collect copayments, and perform data entry tasks.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage follow-up care, and coordinate referrals to external providers.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and resolve any issues that may arise during patient visits.
- Office Management: Maintain the appearance of the waiting room, reception area, and offices, and perform light administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Six months of experience in frontline customer service and guest relations duties and skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a healthcare setting, hospital admissions, registration, medical office, and use of medical terminology.
- Competitive Salary: $21.18 per hour.
