Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Job Center Staffing. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers across various channels, including phone, email, web, social media, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive customer experience through clear and concise communication.
- Gain a working knowledge of products from assigned brands.
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions, troubleshooting, and alternatives for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure resolution and customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Represent our brands publicly with professionalism and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Adapt to a growing and evolving company.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Manage web and warranty orders.
- Provide ADA assistance to customers browsing our websites.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a warranty/service department.
- Recommended skill proficiencies: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams), Salesforce Service and Commerce.

Physical Demands:
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods in front of a computer.
- Ability to move about the facility on a regular basis to perform physical activities, such as lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
