We're on the hunt for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team as a part-time receptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in shaping their experience at ZT Auto.

Compensation: $44,000 - $50,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interactions: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and answering questions with courtesy and respect
  • Phone and Email Management: Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, routing them to the relevant departments or personnel
  • Schedule Coordination: Organize and manage service appointment schedules, ensuring seamless transitions between teams and departments
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming to visitors
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
