Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at Royal Oaks Country Club Houston Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk, including maintaining appearance of reception area, overseeing lost and found items, sorting and distributing incoming mail, directing deliveries from packaging companies, and organizing weekly Concierge schedules.
  • Train night and weekend Concierge staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about club events, activities, and schedules.
  • Assist Banquet & Dining Room Departments with reservations, printing food labels, and other duties as assigned.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or General Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Pleasant phone voice, ability to manage several things at once, and good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to manage cash and appear for work on time.

Salary

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
