Philosophy: Our program embraces the concept of "health at any size." We do not endorse the idea of categorizing foods as inherently "good" or "bad," nor do we believe that organic or unprocessed foods are always superior. We reject the notion that individuals must eliminate certain food categories (such as carbohydrates, fats, or desserts) to achieve health. Candidates should share a similar perspective.
