About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Operations Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on guest requests and special requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front Office team, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on guest requests and special requirements.
  • Review daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs, and room assignments.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems, preferably Opera and Micros.
