About the Pastry Cook 3 RoleThe Pastry Cook 3 is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats
- Work collaboratively with the pastry team to ensure seamless execution of menu items
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain pastry equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proof boxes
- Minimum one year of culinary experience, preferably in a pastry or dessert role
- Intermediate culinary knowledge and skills
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Competitive hourly rate: $23.70
