As a Food and Beverage Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Management Team to provide only the highest levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Learn and develop functional management skills through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home department placement
* Assist in managing food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

* College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Excellent human relations skills and proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations
* Must be an exceptional performer in their current job and demonstrate the potential for management
* Hawaii Food Handler Card and Maui Liquor Card required

Schedule and Hours:

* Full Time
* The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need
