Position Overview
As a vital member of the Fundraising Systems & Operations team, you will provide essential support in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prepare files for proper management or disposal.
  • Assist in the structuring of SharePoint files as required.
  • Conduct data entry into the fundraising database under close supervision.
  • Manage return mail and survey response data for inclusion in data entry tasks.
  • Support special data clean-up initiatives as assigned and under close supervision.
  • Assist with the processing of matching gifts as needed.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in data management, social sciences, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 software is preferred. Candidates must be current junior or senior undergraduate students, graduate students, or recent graduates (within three years of graduation).

All employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19, with proof required upon hiring.
