**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical designers and engineers, developing short circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies, and designing electrical systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of electrical designers and engineers
  • Develop short circuit, arc flash, and coordination studies
  • Design electrical systems, including site power distribution, building power distribution, lighting design, grounding systems, fire alarm, generator systems, and on-site renewable energy systems
  • Code analysis, including hazardous area classification studies and design ramifications
  • Client meetings and communications
  • Project pursuits, planning, and development
  • Production of construction documents and construction administration for projects
  • Evaluation of electrical systems
  • Coordination of electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
  • Report preparation and presentation to clients

**Requirements**

  • B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited college or equivalent experience
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) credential preferred
  • Fundamentals of Engineering credential required
  • 10+ years full-time experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for client contact
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments
  • Revit skills are preferred but will train as needed
