Electrical Team Lead Job Description

At Professional Engineering Consultants, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical designers and engineers in the development of electrical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical designers and engineers in the development of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement electrical design standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure electrical systems are installed correctly.
  • Develop and maintain electrical system designs and documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) credential preferred.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering credential required.
  • 10+ years full-time experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for client contact.
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments.
