Electrical Team Lead Job Description

At Professional Engineering Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical designers and engineers in the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical designers and engineers in the design and development of electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement electrical design standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure electrical systems meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients on project status and electrical system design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) credential preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
