Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of field sales consultants.
- Contribute to and achieve forecast sales.
- Manage team and individual performance.
- Develop and maintain productive long-term personal relationships with existing stakeholders.
- Continually look for ways to build new relationships and prospect for new opportunities.
- Support and contribute towards the activities of the Bids & Tender Team.
- Participate in business development, training, and project activities.
- Engage with peers to promote inter-team harmony and achievement of national objectives.
- Understand the sales, key account process, and contractual requirements of the market.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Stannah Stairlifts and competitor products.
- Be able to personally sell and train the team to be competitive in a price-sensitive environment.
- Deliver a high customer experience to end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop the skill to survey staircases and train others.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, trust, and integrity.
- Support Sales Management to achieve Company Sales Objectives and Tasks.
Requirements:
- GCSE English Grade C or above.
