  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Central Kitchen, including production, packaging, and delivery of food products to various outlets within the park.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen personnel, ensuring that they adhere to company standards and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cost Control: Assist with cost control measures, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with state and federal regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of related culinary experience, including supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; California Food Handler's Card; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
