  • Manage the movement of goods into and out of warehouse facilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with two years of related experience. Candidates with associate's degree and five or more years of related experience will be considered.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • Strong personnel and human resources skills, with knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in economics and accounting, with knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices.
  • Mathematical skills, with knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
  • Computer skills, with knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Working Conditions:

The Operations Manager will work in a warehouse environment, with exposure to dust from wood pallets and cardboard. Temperature-controlled warehouses are between 54 and 59 degrees on average, but not all warehouses are temperature-controlled, and exposure to heat or cold may occur. The job requires the ability to physically lift at least 50 pounds, go up and down stairs, and walk around warehouse facilities.

The Operations Manager will use computers, phones, and office equipment, as well as other warehouse equipment as needed. The job requires the ability to walk on concrete, with some exposure to stairs, and to lift up to 50 pounds.
