Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Executive Director to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home healthcare provider. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, with experience in managing home healthcare services. They will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care, while also meeting the needs of our payers and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Our Home Health Executive Director will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our home healthcare provider, including staff management, patient care coordination, and quality assurance.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that our patients receive high-quality care, while also meeting the needs of our payers and regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring patient outcomes, conducting quality improvement initiatives, and implementing changes to improve our service delivery.

• Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, therapists, and social workers. This includes providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that our staff are equipped to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

• Business Development: Work with our sales team to grow our business, including identifying new business opportunities, developing business plans, and implementing strategies to achieve our sales goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or related field is required. Current CPR certification is also required.

• Skills: Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of home healthcare services, including patient care coordination, quality assurance, and staff management.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
