Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse with Astria Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex health conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and initiate individualized care plans based on established standards and best practices.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
  • Regularly assess and document patient progress, adapting care plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care activities and address any emerging concerns.
  • Ensure accurate execution of physicians' orders, maintaining precise communication to prevent errors or delays.
  • Timely report adverse or sudden changes in patient condition, exercising professional judgment to safeguard patient well-being.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A current RN license issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification, demonstrating your commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language, ensuring clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
