Job Title: Residential Program ManagerDescription:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Residential Youth Substance Use Treatment Program. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring that the program runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational leadership and support to residential care associates
  • Supervise and train staff in TIER and other program-related skills
  • Assist with client admissions and work collaboratively with the clinical team
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping
  • Coordinate daily activities, house routines, and staff schedules

Requirements:

  • At least two years of administrative experience or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy with standard software applications
  • Ability to function autonomously and as a team member
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to transport clients
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
