Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain program operations, including teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, learner scheduling, and program accreditation.
  • Oversee and coordinate record keeping and processing of all required documents for fellows and other postdoctoral trainees and scholars.
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to support program operations.
  • Provide administrative and other support to fellows, postdoctoral, and other trainees, including processing reimbursements and purchasing requests.
  • Support the fellowship recruitment process, including scheduling fellowship candidates for interviews with faculty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements, as well as health professions education program requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience and documented excellence in oral and written communications skills, including active listening and critical thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work productively with anyone regardless of background.
