Compensation Range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

This engaging District Manager position offers both challenges and rewards, paving the way for ongoing career advancement. As an essential part of our regional management team, you will influence the direction of your area by establishing objectives, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, and driving financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically overseeing operations within the designated region to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
  • Defining team objectives and strategies, establishing clear priorities for all team members.
  • Engaging in strategic planning sessions to outline divisional and regional objectives.
  • Driving profitable growth within the geographic area through new business acquisitions and development.
  • Leading the sales initiatives for new business, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations.
  • Creating and managing an annual budget for the assigned region, ensuring financial integrity.
  • Conducting regular inspections of units to guarantee compliance with contracts and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Addressing escalated issues related to clients, residents, customers, and employees.
  • Collaborating with legal and human resources on matters concerning customers and employees.
  • Performing annual performance evaluations and ensuring timely reporting in accordance with corporate policies.

Qualifications Required

  • Willingness to travel a percentage of the year, including overnight stays.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a hospitality-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-unit food service management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-unit food service operations with a combined volume exceeding $18 million, overseeing three (3) or more accounts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured, and profit-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and the Internet.
  • ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
  • Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
  • Ability to provide documentation for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
